Refund and dispute policy

This Refund and Dispute Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and disputes are managed for subscriptions to our SkyRush SaaS product ("Service"). By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. General Terms

1.1. Subscription-Based Service: Our Service operates on a pay-monthly subscription model. Upon subscribing, you gain access to features and tools that enable the scheduling and management of social media posts. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy.

1.2. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available under specific circumstances outlined below. Users are encouraged to utilize our free trial (if available) or reach out to our support team for questions before subscribing.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Free Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, no charges will be made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial concludes. No refunds will be provided for charges incurred after the trial unless stated otherwise in this policy.

2.2. Refunds for Technical Issues: If you encounter a significant technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the Service as intended, you must notify our support team at hello@skyrush.app within 14 days of the issue occurring. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of the subscription fee for the affected period.

2.3. Accidental Charges: If you believe you were charged in error, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge by contacting hello@skyrush.app . We will investigate and, if deemed appropriate, issue a refund.

2.4. Unauthorized Transactions: If you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact us immediately at hello@skyrush.app . Unauthorized transactions must also be reported to your payment provider.

2.5. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Dissatisfaction with features or functionalities clearly described in the Service documentation.
  • Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
  • Temporary or intermittent Service interruptions.
  • Issues caused by third-party integrations, platforms, or networks.

3. Subscription Cancellations

3.1. Cancellation by the User: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

3.2. Cancellation by Bearwood Technologies: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities. Refunds in such cases are at our sole discretion.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1. Contacting Support: If you have concerns about charges or Service quality, we encourage you to first contact our support team at hello@skyrush.app . Most disputes can be resolved quickly and effectively through this channel.

4.2. Stripe Disputes: If a payment dispute is filed with Stripe, we will provide evidence and documentation to support our case, including usage logs, communications, and refund history. Filing a dispute with Stripe without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in delays or complications in the resolution process.

4.3. Chargeback Policy: Filing a chargeback without valid grounds or prior communication with us may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to dispute unwarranted chargebacks to recover costs associated with the dispute process.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address.
  • Date and amount of the charge in question.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for your request.

Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Dispute Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to users as necessary. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
